I. Instrument Overview

The Intelligent Seed Testing System consists of three parts: a 16-megapixel high-speed camera, a backlight unit, and a tablet with embedded software. The backlight unit uses high-brightness LED lights, with an aluminum alloy frame. The software adopts advanced image processing technologies, comprehensively designed based on distance transformation, morphology, convex hull detection, etc. This equipment is mainly used for field crop yield estimation and seed testing in agriculture. Through photos taken by the high-speed camera, the software automatically calculates seed quantity, area, perimeter, length, width, length-width ratio and other data. Based on the weight from the balance and seed count, the 1000-grain weight is automatically calculated. Results are displayed in lists and graphs for easy viewing and research. The product supports manual correction of seed count to ensure accuracy, data storage, data report viewing, Excel export, and WiFi upload to the cloud data management system for intelligent statistics and analysis. II. Purpose The Intelligent Seed Testing System can measure the count, 1000/100-grain weight and average grain type (including length, width, length-width ratio, perimeter, area) of various smooth-surfaced seeds. Using image recognition, image positioning, spatial transformation and other technologies, it realizes rapid identification of seed quantity and crop character indicators. III. Features 1.
