Corn Seed Testing Analyzer

Instrument Purpose The Automatic Corn Seed Testing Analysis and 1000-Grain Weight System realizes automatic analysis based on image recognition principles. It can be used for accurate seed testing of corn kernels, analyzing corn kernels, ears and cross-sections. It can also be used for seed testing analysis of rice, wheat, rapeseed, beans, peanuts, sesame and other crops. Instrument Functions 1. Suitable for grain type index analysis of similar-shaped seeds such as corn, rice, wheat, soybean, rapeseed and vegetables. 2. Corn whole-ear analysis: automatically measures ear row number, kernels per row, ear length, ear diameter, barren tip length, ear color, total kernel number per ear, barren tip ratio and ear weight (single corn ear only). 3. Corn cross-section analysis: ear diameter, cob diameter, kernel number per ear, kernel length, kernel width, kernel perimeter, kernel area; supports at least 35 cross-sections per test. 4. Analysis of rice, wheat, soybean, rapeseed, vegetable seeds: quantity, 1000-grain weight / 100-grain weight, grain type (length, width, length-width ratio, standard deviation, perimeter, area) for each seed. 5. Summary analysis: average values (length, width, length-width ratio, perimeter, area) of all seeds. 6. Rapeseed analysis: quantity, length, width, length-width ratio, perimeter, area, grain color, impurity content, 100-grain weight / 1000-grain weight under impurity-free condition. 7. Hardware: A3 format scanner (max resolution 1600 dpi × 1600 dpi) UNIS M1 Plus color scanner, electronic balance with RS232 interface, A3 transparent tray. 8. Analysis speed: simultaneous imaging and analysis for up to 10 corn ears, 35 corn cross-sections, about 1000 corn kernels. 9. Image: supports JPG/TIF/BMP/PNG; zoom in/out freely; manually save analyzed images. 10. Data: automatically export Excel after each analysis; configurable path and append save function. 11. Weight: electronic balance with automatic output; input weight to auto-calculate 1000/100-grain weight. 12. Color: seed color expressed by standard RGB values. 13. Embryo tip count: automatically identifies number of corn kernels with embryo tip. 14. Screening: performs analysis based on screening data of kernels, cross-sections or ears. 15. Cloud upload: bind device ID to save data to cloud and view anytime. 16. Counting speed: 1500–4000 grains/min; counting error ≤ ±0.5% (100% correct with monitoring correction); grain type error ≤ ±0.3%; 1000-grain weight accuracy error ≤ ±0.5%. 17. Built-in Chinese-English bilingual display, one-key switch. 18. Software supports Windows 10 and above only.
