Seed Testing System

I. Purpose

Precise seed testing for various crop seeds (rice, corn, wheat, rapeseed, etc.) and insect count analysis in grain depots. Also suitable for counting smooth-surfaced insects or eggs (rice weevil, aphid, silkworm egg, fish roe, etc.) and used as a seed purity table for seed purity testing. II. Main Technical Specifications 1. 22.0-megapixel color camera + A3 ultra-thin backlight panel; automatic correction for image distortion and backlight uniformity to reduce measurement error. 2. Capable of large-batch automatic analysis of seed images. Applicable seed diameter: 0.5–20 mm (recognition parameters configurable in models).   Full and empty rice seeds require air separation before separate counting. 3. Automatic counting speed: 1200–20000 grains/min; counting error: ≤ ±0.1%–0.4%;   1000-grain weight error: ≤ ±0.5%.   For small seeds (rapeseed, vegetable seeds): single batch 1–10000 grains. 4. Support custom analysis models; can import and set default models.   Applicable to automatic seed testing of rice, wheat, corn, beans, rapeseed, melon seeds, vegetable seeds;   insect counting in grain depots; seedling emergence and uniformity analysis. 5. Automatically measure parameters of adhered seeds: length, width, ratio, area, equivalent diameter, perimeter, etc.   Display bounding rectangles, auto-sort and export distribution maps. 6. Self-learning and re-learning for color and shape; automatic classification and variety comparison (custom model with labeled images). 7. Full computer control, one-key operation; support barcode and electronic balance RS232 automatic input. 8. Manual correction: add/delete by mouse; draw rectangle, circle or free shape; count in selected area. 9.
