I. Application
It is used to objectively, rapidly and accurately automatically detect the processing precision of rice instead of manual visual inspection. After the rice sample is stained with a special dye (Eosin Y-Methylene Blue), the bran and germ on the rice appear blue-green, and the endosperm appears purplish red. The special intelligent recognition software automatically analyzes the processing precision of the rice sample based on the bran retention degree of each whole milled rice grain and its total proportion. This instrument is mainly suitable for research institutes, inspection institutions, rice mills and circulation enterprises. II. Main Technical Specifications 1. Equipped with a dual-light source color scanner with optical resolution of 4800×9600 and extended A4 size. Reflective document format: 355.6 mm×215.9 mm; transparency scan format: 320.0 mm×203.2 mm; minimum pixel size: 0.005 mm×0.0026 mm. 2. Scans stained rice samples in reflective mode; test objects: rice (japonica, indica, glutinous rice). 3. The detection method fully complies with national standards including GB/T 5502-2018 *Inspection of Grain and Oils - Determination of Rice Processing Precision*, GB 1354-2018 *Rice*, GB/T 5503-2009 *Broken Rice*. 4. Equipped with 10 standard grains, providing standard area value Sr, which can be modified. 5. Automatically identifies and segments rice grains without special sample arrangement. Single test sample quantity: 1–2000 grains (max 18 g per test); test time ≤ 90 seconds. Supports mouse interactive correction to ensure 100% accurate results. 6. Directly displays various test reports: bran retention judgment result, bran retention distribution histogram, whole grain classification (head rice rate), broken rice rate. Optional analysis report items; data can be further statistically analyzed in Excel. 7. Can save original test images; each rice grain has an independent judgment number. Can display the external rectangles or contours of samples by different test items. Equipped with an interface for barcode scanner to input sample number automatically. 8. Can automatically classify, sort and output segmented images by parameters such as area, length, width, etc. 9. Supported by cloud platform; analysis data can be saved to the cloud for access anytime and anywhere. 10. Built-in Chinese/English bilingual display, one-key switch. 11. Judgment mode: special processing software for general computers. 12. Supports large-batch automatic analysis and result output. 13. Equipped with screen recording function to record and save the experimental process. 14. Environmental conditions: temperature 10–30 ℃, relative humidity ≤ 85%, avoid strong light.
