Rice Appearance Quality Tester

I. Purpose

To objectively, rapidly and accurately detect rice processing quality automatically instead of manual visual inspection. After the rice sample is stained with a special dye (Eosin Y‑Methylene Blue), the bran and embryo appear blue‑green, and the endosensor appears purplish red. The special intelligent recognition software automatically analyzes the processing precision based on the bran retention rate and its total proportion on each head rice kernel. The instrument is mainly used in research institutes, inspection institutions, rice mills and circulation enterprises. II. Main Technical Specifications 1.
