I. Instrument Introduction
The portable near-infrared soybean protein analyzer adopts advanced near-infrared spectroscopy technology, which can simultaneously and non-destructively detect indexes including protein, fat, water-soluble protein, dry-basis protein, fiber and moisture in soybeans. The analysis requires no complex pretreatment and can obtain results within dozens of seconds, greatly improving detection efficiency and reducing time and labor costs. With intelligent and simple operation and stable and reliable results, it is an ideal tool for raw material acceptance, process control and quality evaluation in grain and oil processing, food inspection, breeding research and development, trade acquisition and other fields. II. Testing Principle Based on near-infrared (NIR) spectroscopy, the collected spectral information contains overtones and combination vibrations or rotations of chemical bonds such as N-H, C-H, O-H, C-O in sample components (protein, fat, moisture, fiber, dry-basis protein and water-soluble protein). By establishing a mathematical correlation between spectral data and component content using chemometric methods, quantitative analysis of related testing indexes can be achieved. III.
