Product IntroductionThe Rice Freshness Tester complies with the grain industry standard **LS/T 6118—2017 *Inspection of Grain and Oils - Determination and Judgment of Rice Freshness***. It is a special instrument for detecting the freshness of paddy rice. Working principle: During the aging process of paddy rice, aldehydes and ketones are produced. The paddy is milled into rice, then mixed with a special freshness reagent, shaken and centrifuged. The instrument detects the color change of the mixed solution after reaction, displays the freshness value, and judges the freshness level of the sample. It is mainly used in grain depots, rice processing enterprises, grain quality inspection centers and other institutions for rice freshness evaluation. Main Features1. Simple operation 2.
